1. Who we are

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers personal data processed when you visit redionix.com, send an enquiry, apply for a role or otherwise contact us through the website. It does not cover other websites we link to.

3. Personal data we collect

Enquiries: your name, email address and company, and optionally your job title, phone number and country. We also receive the details and message you write, and a record that you agreed to be contacted.
Applications: your name, email address, role of interest and preferred way of working, and optionally your phone number, location, LinkedIn or portfolio link, current title, availability and experience. We also receive your supporting note and the documents you upload, such as a CV or cover letter.
Technical data: when you load a page or submit a form, our server processes your IP address, browser type and the page requested in order to deliver the website and keep it secure. To limit abusive form submissions we store a one-way hash of your IP address, never the address itself, for up to 24 hours.
Analytics data, only with your consent: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser information, and how you interact with the site, collected by Google Analytics 4.

Please do not send special categories of data, such as health information, through our forms. We do not need them.

4. Why we use your data and our legal basis

Answering enquiries and preparing proposals: steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Assessing applications: steps taken at your request before an employment or service contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), together with any applicable national employment law.
Sending an automatic confirmation that we received your message: our legitimate interest in confirming delivery (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Keeping the website secure and preventing spam: our legitimate interest in operating a secure service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Website analytics: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.

5. Cookies and storage in your browser

We only set non-essential cookies with your consent. The site also keeps a few items in your browser's local storage so it works as you expect. These items stay on your device and are not sent to us.

Fonts are hosted on our own server, so your browser does not contact Google Fonts or other font services.

6. Who receives your data

Our hosting provider, [hosting provider], which stores the website and processes form submissions on our behalf.
Our email provider, [email provider], which delivers enquiries, applications and confirmation emails.
Google Ireland Limited, for Google Analytics, only if you consent.
Professional advisers or public authorities where the law requires it.

We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

7. International transfers

Some providers, including Google, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer is protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

8. How long we keep your data

Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact, or longer if a business relationship follows.
Applications: up to 6 months after the recruitment process ends, unless you are hired or agree that we keep your application for future roles.
IP address hashes used for spam protection: deleted within 24 hours.
Analytics data: 14 months, after which Google Analytics deletes it.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing. To exercise any of these rights, email info@redionix.com. We respond within one month.

You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU country where you live or work, or with [competent supervisory authority].

10. Security

The whole site uses HTTPS. Access to submissions is limited to the people who need it, configuration files are blocked from public access, and automated submissions are limited. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so do not send information you consider highly sensitive through the forms.

11. Automated decisions

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling.

12. Children

This website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

13. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our processing changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
