About the role
You will build Redionix's client base in hydrogen, energy storage and advanced materials. The role is technical-commercial: you understand a client's technical question well enough to shape the right engagement with the engineering team.
What you will do
- Identify and approach startups, industrial teams, investors and funders with real technical needs.
- Lead first conversations and qualify the decision, timeline, budget and evidence behind each enquiry.
- Shape proposals and scopes together with the technical team.
- Represent Redionix at industry events and in professional networks.
- Keep a clear pipeline and report what the market is telling us.
In your first year
- Build a qualified pipeline across hydrogen, storage and materials clients.
- Win follow-on work with clients you brought in.
- Establish Redionix at the industry events that matter most.
What you bring
- Degree in engineering or science, or equivalent technical-commercial experience.
- 5+ years in business development or account management in energy, hydrogen, batteries or engineering services.
- An active network in clean-energy technology, industry or investment.
- Credibility with engineers as well as executives.
- Fluent English; German, Dutch or Spanish is a strong advantage.
Nice to have
- Selling consulting or technical advisory services.
- Technical due diligence for investors.
- Public funding programmes for clean-energy R&D.
What Redionix offers
- Direct responsibility for technical work that informs real decisions.
- Variety across electrolyser, fuel cell, flow battery and materials programmes.
- A small team where the quality of your thinking counts more than hierarchy.
- Close work with the leadership team and with clients.
